About Our Organization Our organization, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly trained on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary. Minimum Qualifications Valid dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required). Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. Current CPR Certification. Preferred Experience At least one year of clinical experience is preferred. Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. A commitment to ongoing learning and development of clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance. Clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally. Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided.
