OR Hearing Instrument Specialist to provide a seamless patient
experience. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive
hearing evaluations, recommending and fitting hearing aids and
accessories, offering counseling and follow-up services, and

delivering an outstanding patient experience Conduct hearing
assessments in compliance with clinical standards and regulations
Guide patients through the selection and purchase of hearing aids
and accessories Partner with the Regional Manager/Director in
managing office operations What You'll Need A valid state license
in good standing Proficiency with patient management software,
NOAH, and Inspire OS Strong organizational and execution skills
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and

commission-based earnings tied to performance outcomes, though
