We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian who can contribute to our mission by offering top-notch dietary and nutritional services. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing dietary plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care through proper nutrition. Join our team to make a significant impact on the recovery and well-being of our patients. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients' health needs and dietary restrictions. Develop personalized nutrition plans in collaboration with patients, healthcare providers, and family members. Educate patients and their families on appropriate food choices and diet modifications to improve their health outcomes. Monitor and document patients' progress and adapt nutritional plans as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Stay updated with the latest nutritional science research and integrate findings into patient care and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations concerning patient safety and privacy. Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary supplements. Excellent communication and educational skills. Proficient in dietetic software and patient management systems. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification. Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN), if required by the state.
