Job Summary Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives? SanZie Healthcare Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support, as outlined in each client's ISP and Service Plan. If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and fostering personal growth, we want to hear from you! Hours Monday through Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM Weekends: Flexible for community outings Note: During school breaks, the schedule will shift to 10 AM - 6 PM Salary Range $14.00 per hour Total Hours Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week. Duties & Responsibilities Personal Care: Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care. Domestic Assistance: Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Health and Safety Care: Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises. Documentation: Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP. Community Assistance: Facilitate community engagement and social activities. Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns. Support: Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read and write in English. A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required. CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Current TB test. Excellent communication skills. Additional Remarks Flexibility and adaptability are crucial. Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
