Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: $600,000 Sign-On Bonus:
$75,000 Starting Incentive: $75,000 Relocation Allowance: $14,000

position Schedule & Coverage Work Model: 7 days on / 7 days off
Call Coverage: ER call during on-weeks Inpatient Rounding Clinic
Time: 2-3 hours/day for urgent urology care (Carrollton office)
Surgery Locations: Carrollton & Villa Rica Tools & Support EMR:
Epic system-wide AI Support: Abridge AI medical scribe assistant
Technology: da Vinci 5 Robotic System available (Carrollton)
