Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - PCU Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts starting at 7:00 AM • Neuro stepdown experience required • May consider strong med/surg nurses with stepdown experience • Weekend shifts required with no block scheduling available • Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required • NIHSS certification required and must be included in CV packet • ACLS certification required • EPIC electronic health record system experience required • Care for neurological stepdown patients as well as medical/surgical patients • Manager interview required before offer • Complete skills checklist and provide references required • Current nursing license verification through Nursys required Facility: This major healthcare facility serves as a leading medical center providing comprehensive neurological and progressive care services.
