We implement the Nursing Conceptual Framework alongside the nursing
process to deliver exceptional patient care. Each nurse is
accountable for the care provided to their assigned patients,
ensuring coordination with various departments. Upholding patient

paramount. Position Overview: Sign-On Bonus for New Graduates:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced RNs: Up to $20,000 PTO
Frontload: Up to 80 hours for full-time experienced RNs Loan
Forgiveness for Graduate RNs! 6C Neuro Stroke Center specializes in
stroke care, neurological treatment, neurosurgery, and the
management of acutely ill medical patients. Common diagnoses
include strokes, seizures, lumbar laminectomies, spinal cord
injuries, and brain tumors. The unit features two continuous
seizure monitoring rooms to customize treatment for individual
needs. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to ensure
outstanding care for our stroke patients. Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing
program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a
current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure,
meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
of hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift
up to 50 pounds regularly. Prolonged standing and walking are
required during each shift. Must be able to grip, reach, bend,
