Job Description:
At B. Braun Medical Inc., we are dedicated to improving

solutions. We are currently seeking a Clinical Conversion
Specialist who will be instrumental in facilitating the adoption
and implementation of B. Braun Medical products across healthcare
facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our commitment to
eliminating preventable treatment errors and enhancing safety is
translated into practical, real-world applications in patient care
settings. Lead conversion initiatives for clinical products in
hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Work directly with
clinical staff to assess needs and demonstrate how B. Braun’s
solutions meet those needs. Provide training and support to
healthcare professionals on new products and technology. Monitor
implementation processes to ensure compliance with safety protocols
and effective usage of B. Braun products. Collaborate with sales
and marketing teams to tailor presentations and materials that
align with customer needs and company goals. Collect and report
feedback from clinical staff and patients to support continuous
improvement in product and service offerings. Ensure documentation
and adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
during product conversion. Strong understanding of clinical
practices and protocols in a healthcare setting. Ability to manage
projects from inception to completion. Proficient in training and
educational methodologies for adult learners. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage
effectively at all levels of the organization. Adept at
problem-solving and critical thinking. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license preferred. Certification in Clinical Education
or Project Management is a plus.
