Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Albany, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,150 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Albany, Georgia, 31701! Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Float Pool Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Critical Care - Float Pool Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years in both ICU and PCU settings License: Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Proficiency in both ICU and PCU areas in a larger hospital setting Description: We are seeking contract Registered Nurses with experience in both ICU and PCU settings. Candidates will work shifts in both areas. Proficiency in these settings is imperative for a successful contract. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and a valid Georgia RN license are required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in both settings is also required. The critical care environment involves a variety of patient diagnoses and conditions. Nurses will be responsible for high-acuity patients, requiring strong assessment skills. Team collaboration is essential, as nurses will present patients at interdisciplinary rounds. This role includes working with a diverse patient population and requires flexibility. Candidates should be prepared to float between units and must demonstrate strong critical care skills. No first-time travelers accepted. Additional qualifications include experience with Meditech EMR systems. Must be capable of adhering to unit-specific protocols and procedures. Weekend and holiday shifts are required on a rotating basis.
