opportunity in Geneva, NY to provide compassionate, high-quality
care to patients and families. This role involves assessing patient
needs, developing individualized care plans, delivering direct
nursing care, evaluating patient progress, and coordinating care
throughout the episode. The position primarily serves adults,
adolescents, and geriatric patients with medical conditions. Key
responsibilities: Apply nursing knowledge and skills in patient
care, including medication administration Assess patient and family
needs through observation, communication, and data analysis Develop
and adjust culturally and developmentally appropriate care plans in
collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Advocate for patient safety, health, and rights while promoting
mutual respect and cooperation among team members Educate patients
and families on self-care and lifestyle changes to support healing
beyond hospitalization Document education provided and
patient/family responses Participate in quality improvement
initiatives, self-evaluate professional practice, and pursue
development opportunities Foster trusting, healing relationships by
engaging with patients and families attentively and empathetically
Qualifications and desired experience: Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
develop patient-centered, individualized care plans Commitment to
collaborative interdisciplinary teamwork Experience with adult,
adolescent, and geriatric medical populations preferred Adherence
to infection prevention and bloodborne pathogen safety protocols
