registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A Registered Nurse is needed to provide skilled
nursing care in a Med-Surg setting under the guidance of the Nurse
Manager. This role involves comprehensive patient assessments,
developing and implementing individualized care plans, and
evaluating patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes. The RN also
takes an active role in supervising and directing nursing staff to
effectively execute patient care plans, maintaining high standards
and adherence to facility policies and procedures. Additional
duties may be assigned as necessary. Responsibilities: Conduct
thorough nursing assessments and accurately document findings in
patient records. Develop individualized nursing care plans
reflecting patient needs and goals. Implement nursing interventions
and document care provided. Monitor and evaluate patient responses
to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly. Supervise and
delegate nursing tasks to unit staff to ensure cohesive care
delivery. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate
patient care effectively. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current Registered Nurse licensure. Med-Surgical nursing experience
preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability
to lead, supervise, and communicate effectively with a
multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in accurate documentation and
