Oncologist We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the
role of Gynecologic Oncologist within our organization. This
position involves consulting and providing both medical and
surgical treatment for patients diagnosed with gynecologic cancers.
Additionally, the selected candidate will manage surgical
interventions for patients with complex benign pelvic conditions.
The ideal applicant should have completed an accredited fellowship
in gynecologic oncology, be board certified or eligible in this
specialty, and hold board certification in obstetrics and
gynecology. A significant portion of their surgical cases should be
performed using minimally invasive techniques, particularly robotic
surgery, as evidenced by their case history. We welcome

abuse testing. Key Responsibilities: Provide consultation to fellow
clinicians regarding the management of patients with both benign
and malignant conditions. Medically and surgically manage patients
within the Ob/Gyn department who have malignant conditions. Assist
in the surgical management of patients with benign complex
conditions in the Ob/Gyn department. Refer patients to the internal
Radiation Oncology service. Direct patients to the Infusion Center
for chemotherapy and manage any related complications. Prescribe
chemotherapy for patients with gynecologic malignancies. Conduct
lectures for colleagues in the Ob/Gyn department. Work
collaboratively with radiation oncologists to develop comprehensive
treatment plans. Support the enhancement of minimally invasive
surgical skills among other surgeons in the department. Collaborate
with genetic counselors as necessary. Contribute to the development
and execution of a clinical research component within the
department.
