Piedmont Columbus Regional Family Medicine Residency Program in Columbus, Georgia is recruiting a full-time family physician faculty member to join its outstanding Family Medicine residency program established in 1972. The program recently graduated its 50th class of family physicians. The program is a 36-resident stand-alone program that also sponsors the Sports Medicine fellowship at Auburn University. The residency program has both allopathic and osteopathic medical school affiliations. The successful applicant will have a passion for patient care and teaching and be a role model in both the ambulatory and inpatient setting. Position Requirements: - Family Medicine Board Certification (American Board of Family Medicine or American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice) - Possess or obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license - Two years of clinical patient care experience preferred.
