Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Fayetteville, Georgia, 30214! Pay
Information $1,716 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery
Duration: 6 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 -
07:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current nursing
license required Certifications: BLS and NRP certifications
preferred Must-Have: Must meet specific facility requirements
Description: Diagnoses include but are not limited to
pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, placenta accreta, percreta, increta,
diabetes, no prenatal care, cholestasis, pyelonephritis, PROM, and
abruption. The unit includes a level 3 NICU and handles deliveries
starting at 22 weeks. Weekend work is required every other weekend.
There is no call requirement. Floating within the facility/scope of
practice may be necessary as needed. Full compliance is required to
start on time. If not compliant in time, the push back may be 2
weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule. Travelers are
expected to work one major holiday if it falls during their
assignment period. If two major holidays occur, the traveler is
expected to work both. If three major holidays occur, the traveler
is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black
Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's
Day. Candidates must be available to submit core items and
complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to
ensure an on-time start. Must be away from all facilities for one
full year to return as a traveler. GA or compact license must be in
hand at time of submittal. Two supervisory references are highly
preferred at time of submission, and must be from a manager or
above; charge nurse references are not accepted. All travelers must
be available to work the required holidays as specified. Candidates
must be flexible to other locations, units, and shifts if required.
Modules are non-billable and hours are factored in, while being
completed during orientation and may vary by specialty.
