Job Description Salary: Join our growing Amerimed team in this exciting industry Home Physician Care provides clinical house-calls for patients recently discharged from the hospital or otherwise mobility challenged and have difficulty visiting their primary care provider. The Nurse Practioner in the Columbus, GA area will be an important member of the clinical care team. Partnered with a medical assistant, providers will work with local hospital executives/clinicians, and provide care to patients recently discharged from the hospital in a home-based setting. Applicants are required to have: Current Nurse Practitioner Certification CPR, ACLS (preferred but not required) Current Drivers License (with an acceptable driving record) Salary: Based on productivity Applicants must be able to perform physical responsibilities of the job including but not limited to: Lifting 50 Lbs. Sitting in a vehicle for long durations Be able to perform patient care needs in a non-traditional setting.
