looking for an Analyst to join our consulting practice and play a
role in developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the
North America region. The potential candidate will be responsible
for structuring, delivering and implementing projects and solutions
with Fintech & Digital Partnerships clients. Potential engagements
include payments strategy, benchmarking analysis, product
development and launch, customer lifecycle analytics (acquisition,
engagement, retention), customer segmentation and profiling, risk
optimization, loyalty growth, propensity modeling and geospatial
insights to name a few. Specific responsibilities include: Support
a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic
consulting services to key Visa clients. Complete detailed analysis
on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the
data with some guidance. Conduct market research and data analysis
to identify insights in the payment industry. Support the
development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates
for unique client scenarios and needs. Support senior consultants
in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to
clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing,
customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.
Incumbents applying for the role should be self-motivated, highly
accountable and energized, detail-oriented individuals. Candidates
must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with
internal and external clients and across the Visa organization.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting into a Director
within VCA. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in
office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 2 or more years of work experience with a
Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD,
or PhD) Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work
experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Experience in payments or financial institution consulting
Experience working with financial indicators to measure business
performance Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated
intellectual and analytical rigor Self-motivated, results oriented
individual with the ability to handle numerous projects
concurrently Skilled at using presentation, data visualization, and
pyramid-principle storytelling to help clients make the best,
fact-based decisions for their business Excellent communication and
project management skills Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date
with digital trends and applications Basic knowledge and
understanding of banking operations, payment schemes, fintech
market trends and developments, including products & services,
business systems and processes, marketing initiatives and card
issuing experience Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon
the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position
requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements:
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position
will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate
in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office

APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is
93,200.00 to 131,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential
sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending
on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
