• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, or related quantitative discipline.
  
• 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
  
• Proven track record of delivering significant business value through data-driven insights and advanced analytics.
  
• Strong experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
  
• Advanced skills in Python, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar analytics and data visualization tools.
  
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex analytics insights to senior executives.
  
• Prior experience in supply chain analytics, financial modeling, or operational improvement is highly desirable.
  
• 5-8 years of experience managing teams of analytical analysts.
  
• Partner closely with senior leadership.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  
• Lead analytical projects and develop data science models.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and data storytelling ability.
  
  Job Summary
  Responsible for managing the analytics team to develop repeatable reports and dashboards enabling data-driven decisions, and implementing strategies that deliver measurable financial returns.
  Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee development and implementation of self-service BI solutions, working with IT and business users to shape the BI vision and optimize data infrastructure.
    
  • Develop analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and metrics for the team and organization.
    
  • Collaborate with data management to implement centralized data warehousing and build data cubes for reporting.
    
  • Test, analyze, and resolve data issues to ensure data integrity, providing technical support for BI end users.
    
  • Create complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards to inform business decisions and drive results.
    
  • Work with sales, marketing, call center, and strategy teams to analyze customer behavior and insights.
    
  • Support multiple departments to meet BI, analytics, and reporting needs through technology and processes.
    
  • Manage project communication across departments, enforce deliverables, and address obstacles.
