Job Description:
A company is looking for an ITS Asset Management Specialist to
oversee software and hardware assets and ensure compliance with
relevant policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate records of ITS assets, including
conducting regular audits
Optimize software usage and control inventory, ensuring compliance
with policies and standards
Collaborate with teams to track, manage, and support the asset
management lifecycle
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
Knowledge of software and hardware asset management principles and
best practices
Experience with ServiceNow and MS Office tools, particularly
Excel
Familiarity with product use rights for major software
publishers
Experience with HRIS technologies such as Workday, Oracle, or
PeopleSoft
