POSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Manager - Commercial Initiatives performs a variety of functions with significant focus on customer onboarding to enhance the customer experience and enable faster solutions and decision making. The Project Manager - Commercial Initiatives will become the primary owner of the onboarding activities for new clients, including all services and product needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead customer implementations: increase speed to revenue in customer onboarding through both internal and customer facing engagement. Develop efficient workflows between various departments to ensure best-in-class customer experience
• Increase enterprise dependency on BioTouch technology stack (Netsuite, HubSpot, Wrike, etc.) for all eligible commercial processes to streamline data collection and distribution.
• Work collaboratively with all departments including receiving, staging, production, inventory management, continuous improvement, finance, and distribution to maintain high customer service levels.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects business operations by keeping information confidential.

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years managing large-scale commercial projects
      • Strong attention to detail and technical skills
      • Must have the highest level of proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets, using pivot tables, V-lookups
      • Experiene with project management software preferred
      • Experience with relational databases preferred
      • Experience with warehouse managed inventory is preferred
        • Experience with One World, NetSuite or Oracle ERP systems preferred
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
        • Ability to work onsite 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday
