Job Summary
Gingr is a rapidly-growing software company that allows pet daycare, boarding, kennel, and grooming business owners to manage their business more efficiently and effectively. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to foster and manage relationships with Gingr's top clients, providing the 1:1 support that they need and ensuring that they are successful using our platform long-term. They must understand outcomes through ongoing review of data and feedback and use this to create strategies to improve satisfaction and improve retention.

  • Own a portfolio of Gingr's top customers, with responsibility for their retention and growth.
  • Maintaining client expectations surrounding project definition and scope.
  • Maintain a close, positive and productive relationship with customers
  • Anticipate, identify, and seek to resolve complex internal and external services delivery challenges outside of standard support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to help these customers to leverage the full value of Gingr.
  • Advocate for the customer by collaborating across internal teams (Product, Development, Sales, Support).
  • Identify, clearly communicate, and manage risk on customer requests both internally and with the customer (while meeting SLAs)
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews for top enterprise accounts to measure performance and provide insight and recommendations related to their success with the product.
  • Travel 2-3/quarter to tradeshows and client visits.


    • 2-3 years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
    • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Ability to strategize and collaborate with C-Level Executives.
    • Ability to advocate for the customer with internal teams.
    • Strong understanding of the agile development lifecycle.
    • Project management skills
    • Diplomacy, tact and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
    • Passion for pets and the pet care industry
    • Strong ability to learn new platforms (Gingr experience is a huge plus!)

          Salary Range Disclosure
          The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
          Salary Range
          US Remote: $50,000 - $70,000 USD per year
