Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing; Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) to high-level assembly. 10 years of experience working with Global Electronics Manufacturing Service providers or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM's). 10 years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams. 8 years of experience designing hardware testing solution for volume manufacturing. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. Experience leading cross-functional global teams or initiatives and working with technical product development teams. Ability to influence the product design process by proposing improvements with associated data. Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally. In this role, you will be a leader who has experience managing cross-functional teams like NPI, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and planning in the electronic manufacturing industry. You will have the knowledge of product life-cycle management, manufacturing of compute and networking hardware from PCBAs to Rack integration as well as testing solutions and strategies. You will manage multiple teams working on extreme mission-critical projects, providing the overall direction, strategy, and future direction that will impact multiple teams. You will oversee and guide the design and development of innovative advanced manufacturing solutions and are recognized as the "go-to" person to direct and guide resolution of issues with complexity and ambiguity. You will display excellent influence skills and techniques in team interactions and technical engineering exposure recognized in industry while being expert in multiple manufacturing technologies and processes. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$298,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage multiple teams working on mission-critical projects, providing overall direction and strategy (e.g., DFM, Process development and qualification for specific parts, components or products). Direct failure analysis or risk mitigation for technical and non-technical issues. Shape the goal and guidance to generate strategies for new project initiatives. Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to mid-level to executive engineers on related manufacturing strategy.
