Program Quality Manager for the Flight School Next (FSN) Initial
Entry Rotar-Wing program at Ft Rucker, AL. Support daily
interaction with the Army Aviation program quality team in the
execution of the FSN contract. FSN consists of helicopters,
simulators and the corresponding support equipment. Lockheed Martin
is responsible for the training, operations, maintenance,
operations, logistics support, change management, and engineering
development for of all FSN. This position will manage the
implementation and execution of program quality requirements.
Responsible for all aspects of Quality across the programs
life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up,
development, transition to production, production and support.
Requires an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions
including hardware, software, systems and suppliers/subcontractors,
and customers. Proficient in company policies. Partners with
program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development,
production and mobilization phases of program execution. Performs
contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to
quality team, including suppliers. Establishes quality budgets and
cost commitments. Serves on the program area Risk and Opportunity
Review Boards; nominates risks and opportunities. Ensures Quality
Assurance Plans are documented and current and implemented.
Schedules and ensures assessments of program (e.g. quality audits).
Participates in independent program reviews to understand risks and
drive Return to Green plans. Maintains a DCMA/Customer quality
relationship. Establishes and maintains effective Quality Program

experience as an aviation maintenance or flight crew member
Military Aviation Training DCMA 8210 Experience 5 year Quality
Assurance using QMS AS9100 Experience Bachelors degree in aviation,
engineering, or a closely related field or an equivalent blend of
formal education and hands-on experience directly aligned with
training center functions. Knowledge of FAA compliance procedures.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$141,300 - $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
