In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of HVAC systems for our diverse clientele, ranging from residential areas to expansive commercial environments. The position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies in energy efficiency and management, aligning with our mission to power progress and create sustainable energy solutions. Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of HVAC systems and associated controls. Diagnose and correct HVAC system issues, including proactive troubleshooting and fault detection. Ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations related to HVAC systems. Provide detailed service reports and maintain records of all inspections and repairs. Communicate effectively with clients to provide first-class service and energy management advice. Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance service quality and efficiency. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the HVAC and energy sectors. Proven expertise in HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient with electronic management systems and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Technician Certification required. Additional certifications in HVAC Excellence or NATE (North American Technician Excellence) are considered a plus.
