Job Description Job Description On-Site Recall Solutions is a growing on-site vehicle service company providing professional on-site automotive services to dealerships, auctions, and private clients. We are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Service Technician who is comfortable working independently in the field and delivering high-quality work. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with tools, and not being stuck in a traditional shop environment. Responsibilities Perform vehicle service work at client locations (dealerships, auctions, and private sites) Follow service procedures accurately and efficiently Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment properly Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients Document completed work clearly and accurately Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Qualifications Mechanical aptitude (automotive experience preferred) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on vehicles throughout the day Strong attention to detail and time management skills Preferred (Not Required) Prior automotive technician or service experience Dealership, fleet, or mobile service background Schedule Monday–Friday Daytime hours (some flexibility depending on workload) Overtime Available every week What We Offer Competitive hourly flat rate pay with growth opportunities Consistent work and steady hours Small team, family-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company No traditional shop setting — work in the field
