What we OFFER: Weekly Pay & Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Short- & Long-Term Disability Company Paid Life Insurance PTO including vacation and holiday Matching 401(k) & ROTH IRA Company Truck, Gas Card, Tablet, and Uniforms On-going training & development Plus growth opportunities What you will DO: • Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations. • Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency. • Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems. • Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information. • For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it. • Document work performed in accordance with company procedure. • Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge. • Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date. • Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards. • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions. • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager. What you NEED: • Must be 21 or older. • At least five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge. • Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass a drug screen, background record and motor vehicle record. • Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately. • Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills. • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions. • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
