Job Description Job Description Overview: Our Assembly
Technician is a key role in our Distribution team. In this role,
you would be responsible for the assembly and testing of hydraulic
systems including; valves, pumps, motors, PTO's, and other products
sold by FORCE America. Depending on project design, we combine our
own components with supplier’s products or bring multiple
supplier's products together to provide an end product to our
customer. Due to the variety of components and variation of builds,
unique assembly abilities are needed. FORCE America has been an
employee-owned hydraulic manufacturer and distributor for over 65

personal responsiveness, product innovations and flexible designs.
FORCE America's distribution chain reaches a customer base of over
17,000. FORCE America employs experienced design engineers,
knowledgeable support staff and skilled production teams to ensure
quality and service. Essential Responsibilities: Assemble
fundamental components for hydraulic and pneumatic systems in
accordance with a work order utilizing a combination of hand tools,
power tools, and equipment. Test all assembled products and systems
to meet established standards for quality, quantity, efficiency,
and customer specifications. Communicate with appropriate parties
in relation to expedited orders, component quality issues,
inventory records, etc. Participate in the implementation of
process improvements. Participate in maintaining and suggesting
safety practices and procedures. Maintain an orderly work
environment. Maintain system accuracy and record transactions in
ERP operating system. Other duties as assigned. Minimum
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of relevant work
experience, preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with
hand and power tools. Strong sense of urgency and basic ability to
prioritize in order to meet the expectations of the customer.
Detail oriented to provide the highest level of quality. Interest
