Job Description Job Description Maintenance Mechanic Maintenance Mechanic Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency in our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs in a timely manner Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems Maintain electrical systems and perform electrical repairs as required Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues Document maintenance activities and repairs performed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanics or related field preferred Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits - Medical, Dental and Vision - 401k -Endless Growth Opportunities! - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
