We’re looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to keep our clubs safe, sparkling, and running smoothly across a multi-club region. Why you'll love this role: You’ll be the go-to pro who: - Owns repair & maintenance workflows (ServiceChannel) across your region - Leads, coaches, and schedules an awesome team of Facility Technicians - Partners with club teams and vendors to plan major repairs and coordinate renovations - Spots issues before members do through regular club walkthroughs and safety checks - Ensures top-notch quality on building, systems, and fitness equipment repairs - Keeps asset/equipment inventories accurate and parts/materials stocked - Jumps in for after-hours and on-call needs—because leaks don’t follow business hours What you'll do: - Create, manage, and respond to work orders promptly - Assign tasks via ServiceChannel and follow through to completion - Perform quality control on carpentry, tile, paint, drywall, and general building work - Verify plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs meet standards - Oversee fitness equipment maintenance and uptime - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate on-site work - Hire, train, and develop facility technicians in your region - Track assets and update inventories; maintain safety and emergency procedures - Communicate clearly and quickly with leaders and club teams Position Requirements: - 5 years in facilities maintenance (multi-site or commercial preferred) - Advanced skills in general building repairs; strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems - Hands-on experience maintaining commercial fitness equipment - Comfort with tech tools (ServiceChannel and related apps) - A friendly, professional, can-do attitude with stellar organization and attention to detail - Valid Driver’s License (regional travel required) - Management experience and relevant certifications are a plus Benefits & Perks - Complimentary club membership guest privileges - Discounts on training, spa services, programs, and apparel - Employee referral bonus - In-house Certification Continuing Education - Full-Time Only: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off ONELIFE FITNESS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Know Your Rights Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
