Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering (Mobile) to
lead a growing engineering team focused on mobile development
within a healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, mentor, and retain engineering talent while conducting
regular team meetings
Drive project execution and align engineering KPIs with business
objectives
Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions across mobile
and backend systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
8 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment with
mobile development expertise in Kotlin and Swift
5+ years of leadership experience in engineering, particularly in
high-quality code environments
Strong technical foundation in mobile and backend systems
Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from
concept to launch
