Job Description:
You will be the Financial Analyst Senior for the Production
Operations Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering
precise cost?control analysis and financial insight that supports
production, quality, and proposal activities. What You Will Be
Doing As the Financial Analyst Senior you will be responsible for
driving cost?management and performance?tracking activities for the
Troy, AL site. Your responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to: Perform financial analysis for production operations
and quality, including cost and schedule management. Prepare and
analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs),
Hours?Per?Unit (HPU) charts, and manpower detail reports. Identify
and recommend cost?reduction initiatives by participating in Kaizen
and Lean events. Support proposal pricing and provide financial
input for new program opportunities. Interface with program
personnel, finance, and site teams to ensure alignment of financial

special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a
secret clearance. A company?sponsored interim secret clearance is
required to start. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in
Finance, Accounting or Business. Interest in production
environments. Excellent PC and communication skills. Ability to
obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance and must have an interim
clearance prior to starting. Candidate must be able to pass a
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”)
background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor”
(of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF
regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status
may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
Desired skills Ability to perform basic functions including
application of cost analysis principles. Proficient in MS Excel -
possess the capacity for the development and use of Vlookup and
pivot tables, as well as advanced Excel advance applications (VBA).
Strong analytical skills. SAP experience. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Aptitude to facilitate results,
self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver,
attention to detail. Working knowledge of Earned Value Management
(EVMS) procedures and policies. Bachelors degree from an accredited
college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of
professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This
position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US
Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range
for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York
(excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or
Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced
above, the salary range for this position will reflect the
candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

$84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary
