Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is
available at a K-12 school in Wetumpka, AL, for the current school
year with a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role involves
providing instruction and support in a self-contained classroom
setting for students with special needs. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
tailored to each student's needs Deliver specialized instruction to
K-12 students in a self-contained environment Monitor and document
student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed Collaborate
with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
to ensure comprehensive student support Communicate regularly with
parents and guardians regarding student achievements and challenges
Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification
Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings
Ability to create and implement effective IEPs Strong classroom
management and communication skills Commitment to supporting the
academic and social development of students with diverse learning
