Jones School of Law is seeking well-qualified entry-level or
junior-level applicants to fill (2) tenure-track faculty positions.
Primary curricular needs include Civil Procedure, Constitutional
Law, Remedies, Conflicts, and Business Associations. Other needs
include Property, Evidence and Administrative Law. Candidates must
possess a strong academic background and an equally strong
potential for legal scholarship and teaching excellence. Faulkner
University is a Christian university committed to the highest
standards of academic excellence and Christian values. The Law
School gives preference in hiring to qualified candidates who are
members of the churches of Christ. Additionally, the law school is
actively recruiting candidates who may bring greater gender,
racial, and ethnic diversity to the faculty. Information regarding

full-time, 10-month positions beginning August 1, 2026. Salary will
