This position also oversees safety for students and staff at the school. Position Details:Assists in the implementation of behavioral treatment and instructionalplans utilizing ABA principles in clinical, home, and/or communitysettingsImplements and reports data on programs such as client's self-helpskills, behavioral management, social skills, and academic areasImplements the client's behavioral plan as developed by theBoard Certified Behavior AnalystInteracts with the client in a variety of ways, to include 1:1 teachinggrounded in the principles of Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA)leading small group work, shadowing, and preparing for lessons.Provides ABA instruction usingthe individualized curriculumCollects and analyzes skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversightand supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)Assists in developing functional behavioral analysis and assessmentreportsMonitors and supervises clients to ensure a safe and therapeuticenvironmentUtilizes technology proficiently to include computer skillsBenefits offered:Health insuranceDental insurance401 KEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
