Provide excellent customer service and explain issues in a way customers understand. Travel to job sites in a company vehicle and complete service calls efficiently. Follow all safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized. Document work, generate invoices, and offer solutions to improve home comfort. What You Need: High school diploma or GED required. 3 years of residential HVAC experience & EPA certification. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record. A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfort working in various conditions (attics, crawlspaces, extreme temps).
