Chandler Residential is looking for a dependable and driven Service Technician to join our team at the Colton Creek Apartments in McDonough, Georgia. What You’ll Do Handle maintenance requests like a pro—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more. Prepare apartment homes for move-in with quality and efficiency. Maintain the property’s appearance and functionality—from pressure-washing breezeways to ensuring lights are shining bright. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies. Keep safety top-of-mind, stay organized, and deliver top-notch customer service as part of a team. What You Bring Experience in general apartment maintenance or similar trades. HVAC certification required; CPO certification a plus. Strong work ethic and flexibility with scheduling. Friendly, professional demeanor. Residents should smile when they see you coming. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather. Basic toolset (or willingness to acquire one). Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, or OneSite. Bilingual communication skills. Trade school or vocational certification. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with liability insurance. Pass pre-employment maintenance skills assessment, background check, and drug screening. Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required) On-call hours as scheduled Why Chandler?
