Job Description Job Description Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly Responsibilities: Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Qualifications: The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred About Company A preferred Hotel of the Atlanta Braves!
