Solve Problems: Use a consultative approach to listen to client needs and position appropriate solutions. Process Transactions: Securely handle monetary and administrative transactions for client accounts. Learn & Adapt: utilize virtual technology to navigate accounts and document client feedback. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team. Requirements: Internet: Home internet download speed of 1Gbps (1000 Mbps) and upload speed of 30 Mbps is required for this role. Perk: We provide an $80/month internet stipend to help offset this cost. Workspace: A private, dedicated workspace in your home free from distractions. Attendance: 100% attendance is required during the 25-day training period. Compensation & Benefits: Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour. Overtime: Occasional overtime available based on business needs.
