Job Description:

River Towne Center - River Towne Center is looking for a receptionist! - Come and join the River Towne team today! We are looking for someone with a great personality to be the Warm Welcome at our Center!
Duties include but not limited to:

Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls professionally and courteously.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department, take down messages, communicate with appropriate employees.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Accept all letters and packages.
Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, fax machines, etc.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with essential items.
Basic housekeeping and up-keep of front lobby

Requirements:

High school diploma or relevant qualification.
Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Microsoft Office and Excel are a must.
Typing

- - - - - - - - - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Rotational Days including every other weekend!
