Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative support to Liberty's senior leadership teams, exercising strong decision making and problem solving skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, while addressing the importance of building and maintaining relationships across the organization. Accountabilities: Coordinate travel, reconcile corresponding expenses.Maintain close and high-level responsive relationships to the day- to- day activities of senior leaders.Provide maintenance and coordination of calendars involving internal/external planningOrganize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.Maintain various documents for executives and senior leadership.Regularly handle confidential material and information while exercising discretion.Offers solutions on a regular basis to support office of Executives Education & Experience: High school / GED Required5+ years of direct experience, supporting executives preferredA high level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-taskStrong Interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types: Bonus payWork Location: One location
