This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality tax services and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes and IRS regulations Assist in managing client relationships and proactively communicate with clients on tax matters Mentor and review work of junior staff and interns Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic advice to clients Collaborate with other departments on tax-related matters (e.g., audit support, advisory projects) Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation a plus) CPA license or progress toward CPA certification required 3 years of recent public accounting or corporate tax experience Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Compensation: Salary based on Experience but can be upwards of $110K base Benefits: 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Flexible benefit plan with health and disability insurance Holidays and PTO CPA exam completion incentives and reimbursement Company paid professional dues and licenses Company sponsored CPE Flex-time and catered meals during busy season On-site fitness facility Company philanthropy projects Private parking Walking distance to Southside Restaurant District Company sponsored events for employees and families If interested you can apply to this position or email your resume to sean.westhorpe@levelociti.com To view additional roles we are recruiting for, please visit: https://levelociti.com/job -search/
